Join us after church on December 21 for the Greening of the Church
On the 4th Sunday of Advent, Dec. 21, after the celebration of the Eucharist, we will prepare for Christmas with the traditional Greening of the Church. Those who can are encouraged to bring fir or white pine branches, which hold their needles the best (hemlock and spruce are less desirable). Holly and rose hips are a wonderful addition too. Bring your garden gloves and extra clippers! If you can’t bring greens or tools, snacks and other refreshments would help us keep going as we decorate and clean up afterwards. |
